Lassi is a traditional yogurt based drink in India and Pakistan but also very popular in Western Europe. It’s great as a morning drink or snack in the afternoon. During hot summers it can be very refreshing when chilled and served with ice.
Lassi can be savoury or sweet depending on mood and taste. This one is a very simple, sweet version made with chocolate and blueberries.
Ingredients for 3-4 serving:
1 large pot of plain yogurt, you can choose goat’s milk, sheep’s milk or ordinary yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp raw chocolate
pinch of sea salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
